Yeh Aankhein...

Kayi zulm bhare raaz chupaatin hain yeh aankhein
Aiina dekh kar khud se dar jaatin hain yeh aankhein

Shayd suna ho inki araaish ka, toote sapnon se sanwarti hain
Bheege aansuon se khud ko sajaatin hain yeh aankhein

Yun kahin dikh na jaaye kitna dard basaa hai inmein
Har ek se nazrein churaatin hain yeh aankhein

Yeh tamanna rehti hai dil mein k woh laut aayenge
Rasta tak tak kar khud ko behlaatin hain yeh aankhein

Badnaam ho gayin yeh unki dewaangi mein kho kar, par
Unki khaatir har bughz nigaah seh jaati hain yeh aankhein

Woh nahi aaya, khokar usse jaane kaise yeh jee leti hain
Aakhir bandh kyon nahin ho jaatin Warda teri yeh aankhein?

Kyon tu mujhe rula rahi hai

Aaj soone pan kaa ehsaas mujhe sata raha hai
har lamha bina dhadke dil mera bita raha hai

Gar Bewafa tu nahi to fir kyon door khadi hai
tera deewaana aaj dil se tujhe bula raha hai

Khamoshi ki unki wajah samajh nahi aati mujhe
aaj ye dil mera tujhe gam-e-ishq suna raha hai

Tanhai me chhood mujhe chali jati hai tu kahan
Teri yad me pal-pal ye dil aannsu baha raha hai

Aawaaz dene par bhi mere tu ruki na mere liye
Aaj mera dil teri wafa pe sawaal utha raha hai

Watt-Knott

Who's calling?"
"Watt."
"What is your name, please?"
"Watt's my name."
"That's what I asked you. What's your name?"
"That's what I told you. Watt's my name."
A long pause, and then from Watt, "Is this James Brown?"
"No, this is Knott."
"Please tell me your name."
"Will Knott."
Why not?
Huh? What do you mean why not?
Yeah! Why won't you tell me your name?
But I told you my name!
Didn't you say you will not?
Not not, knott, Will Knott!
That's what I mean.
So you know my name.
Of course not!
Good. So now, what is yours?
Watt. Yours?
Your name!
Watt's my name.
How the hell do I know? I am asking you!
Look I have been very patient and I have told you my name and you have
not even told me yours yet.
You have been patient, what about me? I have told you my name so many
times and it is you who have not told me yours yet.
Of course not!
See, you even know my name!
Of course not!
Then why do you keep saying of course Knott?
Because I don't.
[Pause]
What is your name?
See, you know my name!
Of course not!
Then why do you keep asking Watt is your name?
To find out your name!
But you already know it!
What?
See, and you know mine!
Of course not!
Exactly!
Listen, listen, wait; if I asked you what your name is, what will be
your answer?
Watt's my name.
No, no, give me only one word.
Watt
Your name!
Right!
[pause before it hits him]
Oh, Wright!
Yeah!
So why didn't you say it before?
I told you so many times!
You never said Wright before
Of course I did.
OK I won't argue any more. Do you know my name?
I do not.
Well, there you go, now we know each other's name.
I do not!
Good!
[pause before it hits him]
Oh, Guud!
Good.
No wonder, it took me so long, is that Dutch?
No, it's Knott!
Oh, okay. At least the names are clear now Guud.
Yes Wright.
NOW THEY BOTH THINK THEY KNOW EACH OTHER'S NAME AS WELL!

Watt do you think ?? Do they or do they Knott ???

> The American Family Loop
> Many, many years ago
> When I was twenty three,
> I got married to a widow,
> Pretty as could be.
> This widow had a grown-up daughter
> With flowing hair of red.
> My father fell in love with her,
> And soon the two were wed.
>
> This made my dad my son-in-law
> And changed my very life.
> Now my daughter was my mother,
> For she was my father's wife.
>
> To complicate the matters worse,
> Although it brought me joy.
> I soon became the father
> Of a bouncing baby boy.
> My little baby then became
> A brother-in-law to dad.
> And so became my uncle,
> Though it made me very sad.
>
> For if he was my uncle,
> Then that also made him brother
> To the widow's grown-up-daughter
> Who, of course, was my step-mother.
>
> Father's wife then had a son,
> Who kept them on the run.
> And he became my grandson,
> For he was my daughter's son,
>
> My wife is now my mother's mother
> And it makes me blue.
> Because, although she is my wife,
> She's my grandma too.
>
> If my wife is my grandmother,
> Then I am her grandchild.
> And every time I think of it,
> It simply drives me wild.
>
> For now I have become
> The strangest case you ever saw.
> As the husband of my grandmother,
> I am my own grandpa.....................

"What Is Success"

To laugh often and much;

To win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children;

To earn the appreciation of honest critics and endure the betrayal of false friends;

To appreciate beauty;

To find the best in others;

To leave the world a bit better, whether by a healthy child, a garden patch, or a redeemed social condition;

To know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived;

This is to have succeeded.

deewana kehta hai...

Koi deewana kehta hai,koi paagal samajhta hai

magar dharti ki bechaini ko bus pagal samajhta hai
mein tujhse door kaisa hoon, tu mujhse door kaisi hai
ye tera dil samajhta hai, yaa mera dil samajhta hai

Mauhabbat ek ehsasson ki pawan si kahaani hai
kabhi kabira deewana tha, kabhi meera diwani thi
yahaan sab log kehte hain meri aankhon mein aasoon hain
jo tu samjhe to moti hai, naa samjhe to paani hai

samandar peer ka andar hai lekin ro nahin sakta
ye aasoon pyaar ka moti hai isko kho nahin sakta
meri chahaht ko apna tu bana lena magar sun le
jo mera ho nahin paaya wo tera ho nahin sakta

Ki brahmar koi kumudni par machal baitha to hangama
hamaare dil mein koi khwab pal baitha to hungama
abhi tak doob kar sunte the sab kissa mauhabbat ka
mein kisse ko hakikat mein badal baitha to hungaama..

"yaad aati rahi........"

Aankh reh reh meri dabdabati rahi,
Hum bhulate rahe yaad aati rahi.

Praan sulge, to jaise dhua cha gaya.
Nain bhege, jyuo pyasa kuaa pa gaya.
Rote rote koi baat yaad aa gayi,
Ashru behte rahe, muskurati rahi!

Sanj ki dal par sugbugati hawa.
Phir mujhe drishti phar kar kisne chua,
Ghum kar dekhti hu to koi nahi,
Meri parchai mujhko chidati rahi!

Ek tasvir hai,ek hai aaina,
Jab bhi hota mera kisi se samna
Mein samaj na pati ki mein kaun hu,
Shakl, yu uljano ko badati rahi!
